Where does the cruise depart from?
All cruises depart from Kabataş Pier. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure.
Is hotel pickup available?
Yes. Optional pickup and drop-off is available from hotels in Taksim, Sultanahmet, Sirkeci and Kabataş. Just mention it when booking.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the cruise.
Can children join?
Yes. Ages 0–3 are free, ages 4–12 pay the child price.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes, a vegetarian main course is available. Please tell us about any allergies when booking.
Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code. Evenings on the water can be cool, so bring a light jacket.
Do you organise special occasions?
Yes. We can arrange cake, flowers and table decoration for birthdays, anniversaries and proposals. Message us on WhatsApp.
